Deleted host still reporting

I upgraded from 2.4x to 3.0. I had a host that was bouncing a lot so I disabled it by clicking the "enabled" link on the hosts screen. I was still getting alerts so I just deleted the host (it was just a simple ping of a firewall) and I STILL am getting alerts when it bounces..

Any ideas?

I think this is a bug when upgrading to 3.0.0 from a previus 2.X installation.

I've seen this problem in 2.4.X and haven't moved to 3.0

I assume it's a carry over into 3.0

What I had to do in 2.4.X to clean up these discovery type of issues is to truncate the dhosts and the dservices table and that normally addresses the problem.

Finally I came back to 2.4.7 and the issue was fixed.

I still see the issue in 2.4.7 maybe it's systematic on how the discovery rules are set.
