Zabbix - Encoding problem with notification emails and sms (german umlauts)

    Hi all,

I have a problem with our notification emails and sms. When zabbix sends notifications via email or sms then it contains question marks instead of german umlauts like ä, ü and ö.
The frontend shows the items and triggers correct. A test e-mail was send about the media type menu successfully and shows our german umlauts correct. The problem exists since last tuesday evening. At this time I only restarted the whole server.

    Database charset:
    +--------------------------+----------------------+
    | @@character_set_database | @@collation_database |
    +--------------------------+----------------------+
    | utf8 | utf8_bin |
    +--------------------------+----------------------+

    System Infos:

    OS: Debian 10
    Zabbix Server: 5.0.26
    Apache: 2.4.38
    PHP: 7.3
    MySQL: 5.8

E-Mail Header looks also Ok for me:

    From: <[email protected]>
    To: <[email protected]>
