Service child error not propagating to its parent

Hi,
I found a strange behavior of the Services:
* there are four levels of services: Customers > [CustomerXY] > Optical Internet > [triggerX]
* SLA based on the triggerX is not met so it is red (correct) => parent node Optical Internet is also red (correct)
* node CustomerXY is not red although it has child node Optical Internet which is red

Is that a bug or I am missing something?

I forgot to mention, the Zabbix is version 5.4.12.
