    [4] Interrupted system call

    Hi,

    The Zabbix agent is not able to communicate with the zabbix server. We have opened the ports 10050, 10051.

    After adding the Zabbix agent getting below error:
    Get value from agent failed: cannot connect to [[64.227.166.66]:10050]: [4] Interrupted system call
    Please help to resolve the issue.

    Hey,
    Please be sure to check network connectivity between zabbix server\proxy and agent (ping, whether port 10050 is opened)
    And firewall settings.

      Yes, Port 10050 is opened. Do we need to open both inbound and outbound in agent?

      yes, I would have tried to do that. Try to check firewall from server\proxy side as well

    The firewall is not installed in server (Centos 7). We are not using the server firewall. we have opened ports in firewall end.

      the next thing to check is your settings:
      be sure that in zabbix agent conf file directive "Hostname=$your_host_name" has the same name as host name in zabbix server web interface
      make sure that zabbix agent is listening to interface that you configured in you zabbix server.
      Check zabbix agent logs.

    I have given the same host name of the zabbix server in the zabbix agent conf file. getting below error:
