{HOST.IP} doesn't resolve to host ip (Zabbix 6.2.1)

I created a prototype item

Interface {HOST.IP}: Bits received

but it doesn't resolve to the actual IP. I tried some variations but no success.

Macros will resolve to their values only when real problem is created. You will not see their values in trigger configuration page. You will see them resolved in "Monitoring" section of GUI.
