Zabbix 5 to 6. GUI doesn't work

Hello,

I'm now running:
Virtual Machine with
Zabbix 5.0.25 (lts)
OS: CentOS Stream 8

I tried 2 different manuals to upgrade to Zabbix 6. But when i'm finished with the upgrade the GUI will not respond. No menuitems option work.
What is the best manual and what can I do best ?
Go to 6 lts or go to 6.2?

5 to 6 upgrade worked for us. The only manual to trust is the on Zabbix.com for 6.0. Does zabbix_server start? Does the web zabbix/setup.php work?

What are the Errors you get. Is it about Database or something else. In generell the Upgrade works pretty well. If you get Database Error check if you worked with the Zabbix Script.

I didnt get any errors. The GUI just didn’t respond. I did a revert to snapshot. I will try to update it again.

What does it mean it doesn`t respond? You made the update process by the guide of zabbix, then you open the browser...what happens then? Need more details to be honest.

Just updated again from 5-6 and now it went fine. To 6.2 he will not update the database.
