zabbix 6.2.1 can not add Windows AD user

I had setup AD server on zabbix 6.2.1 test ok, and aslo set auth to ldap，so when I create a user who's name is same as AD username , but in still need I set user's password. I think if username is same AD's should not need to set password, anything wrong ?
