Problem with Zabbix Frontend on Bullseye

After upgrading the system running my Zabbiz server from Buster to Bullseye I found that the Zabbix frontend web interface didn't seem to be working correctly. The web interface opened with the dashboard but it seemed to be essentially empty and none of the stuff relating to my network that I'd normally see on the dashboard was present.

The same as https://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=152344 . I try restart browser, zabbix server, different browser and many other but none helps. I have seen this problem with version 6.0 and 6.0.8 now upgraded to 6.2 a still the same. Any idea ? Regards Dan

The first thing I would check is that you have all the necessary PHP extensions loaded.

It's not part of a standard update procedure, but remember that you can browse to /zabbix/setup.php on your Zabbix server and go to the "Check prerequisites" page to make sure it finds everything it wants.

Have you enabled logging for your PHP-FPM worker pool, and have you looked at what's in those logs? There may also be a clue there.

Thanks for your advice. But I found solution. Problem was in rights of my user. When I add super admin privileges all starts working. Regards Dan

I'm glad you found a solution.

Based upon your original problem description, though, it's very hard to understand how it could be a permission problem in Zabbix. Zabbix permissions wouldn't have changed when you upgraded the operating system.
