Certain Cisco problems not clearing (Power Supply State)

    Hi all,

    I am running Zabbix 6.2.2.

    My environment consists of
    873 Hosts (851 Enabled)
    314 Templates
    177029 Items
    55850 Triggers
    Required server performance: 1500~

I have been building this server since Sep 1. It is on a CentOS 9 Stream virtual machine with 16gb of RAM and 4cpu on SSD Storage.

I am using the built-in Cisco IOS SNMP Template that came with Zabbix 6.2.1 and using it on all of my Cisco gear, thus far I havent had any issues, aside from this one problem

2 of these Cisco 9300 Switches are reporting that the Power Supply A, Shutdown Power supply is in a critical state

When I do log into the switch directly through SSH, and issuing a
    Code:
     #show env all
command, the power supply does report BAD. Great, Zabbix is already saving my life! However, the issue is I have replaced this power supply and now the switch is happy again. In typical Zabbix fashion, expecting that sweet green blinking RESOLVED to come up on my dashboard... never has, and Zabbix still states the Power Supply is in a critical state.

And this is true for two different 9300 switches that I have in production.

Looking at the Host Items, i see the following "Not Supported"

I am not sure why all of a sudden this is "Not Supported" It must have worked at some point in order to warn me of the problem.

If anyone can help me out getting this this to correct, i would be greatly appreciative!

    Thank you

As you see that yellow ! there also, it means, this item is not discovered any more (probably some indexing changed, those 1014 and 1021 there...). It will be removed at one point (hold mouse over ! and it will tell you when). As there is no such items available, then no new values come in, no recalculation of trigger...
You can probably just delete these items and your triggers go with it and events...and data..
