I want to update zabbix c 5.4 to the latest version, but it gives an error when updating

FATAL: database files are incompatible with server
The data directory was initialized by PostgreSQL version 12, which is not compatible with this version 14.5.

Please tell me how to solve it I can not find the answer

So you just copied database files from one version to another and expected it to work? Maybe searching for "postgres upgrade" helps you..
