    Busy History Syncer after adding host with DB partitioned

    Hello, everybody,

    I have a zabbix 3.0.1 running on centOS7 with 64GB RAM, 4x400GB SSD. I use the default DB schema at the beginning, then every went well. The NVPS is around 1200 after I imported 100+ hosts and the history syncer process is around 1%. However, I partitioned MySQL arounding to the guide https://www.zabbix.org/wiki/Docs/howto/mysql_partition, after which, I added another host. Then the history syncer process started to go as high as 50% busy, and I cannot get any data of the newly-added host during the busy window of history syner process. I have no idea what was going wrong, can anyone enlighten me?

    /etc/my.cnf

    socket=/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock

    innodb-flush-log-at-trx-commit = 0
    log-error=/var/log/mysqld.log
    pid-file=/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.pid

    zabbix server configuration

    Appreciate your advice very much.
