Change default trigger for individual machines

    Hello together,

I have a little question and hope anyone can help me.
For our Servers we have configured the standard-template "Windows by Zabbix Agent". There is on the Discovery Rules also the "mounted filesystem discovery" includet. All drives on a server will be scanned on "total space", "used space" and "space utilization (in %)".
On these Discovery-Rule are also Trigger configured. Here should be warned, if the space utilization is over 80% and give a critical notification if the space utilization is over 90%.

    That works very good.
But now I have the problem that some servers have so much memory that 10% is still quite a lot. So I would like to change the trigger for these single servers, that a critical message comes not at 90% but at 95% space utilization.
Is that possible? And how can I implement that the change is made only for the individual servers and not for all with the template?

Thank you in advanced for your help!

You can redefine the macro value on host level (Macros-> inherited-> change)
That keeps your template intact and other servers are not affected. You just need to know where you changed it.

I have an average alert for < 10% and < 5G AND a high alert for < 2%. Remember some file systems reserve 5% for root, so there are different views of free space depending on user.

          Thank you, that works!

A small other question... Is it also possible to deactivate individual sensors?
There are individual sensors that simply don't interest me. I would then like to pause or deactivate them.

There is always option to tweak your discovery rules, so it won't pick up the things you don't need.

Can you elaborate, what you mean by "sensor"..
We started with filesystems monitoring, but In my head, there is no sensors..

Sorry I don't know how exactly all this is called.
I mean the individual items. For example, if I am not interested in individual services on a host or the hard drive utilization of an individual drive. How can I then deactivate these individual data queries?

There are macros in those templates, which define services or filesystems or disks, what to discover (and what not). You can change the values in template so it will affect all hosts, or you can redefine the macro on host level, so it will affect only that host. Or you can just disable those items on host level, so they will not be checked...
I suggest you read manual and learn how discovery works. https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...evel_discovery
