    Unable to select configuration

Like to try Zabbix on my laptop, but get the message from the frontend: Unable to select configuration.

    Maschine:
    Debian 8
    mysql
    apache2

    Websetup:
    mysql: localhost
    port: 0
    database: zabbix
    user: zabbix
    password: root

While setup I am creating database and user zabbix. Database script from /usr/share/doc/zabbix-server-mysql/create.sql.gz created 113 tables with 187 rows on the table images.
Access via mysql and phpymadmin works perfectly. The web setup can't detect any incompatibility and I checked the user/password and config files a lot of times (login with wrong credentials fails like expected). Restarted zabbix-server and apache2.

    Tables from create.sql.gz:

Solved my problem, the DB user zabbix have to have the password: zabbix!

It's not so nice to not communicate that.

Also not good are the docs on how to create the tables: https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...all/db_scripts talks about a schema.sql, a images.sql and a data.sql but that is depricated and create.sql.gz is to use instead now

    best regards
    rob.
