Zabbix 5.4.9 - ifHCInOctets and ifHCOutOctets returning wrong values (too big)

    Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue with interface monitoring on Cisco Nexus switches.

We are using 40 Gbps interfaces discovered automaticaly with SNMP.

Interfaces are indeed discovered as 40 Gpbs with OID ifHighSpeed (1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.15.{#SNMPINDEX}).
Bandwidth is also monitored with both ifHCInOctets (1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.{#SNMPINDEX}) and ifHCOutOctets (1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.10.{#SNMPINDEX}) OIDs.

Unfortunately, the "High bandwidth usage" warning is triggered very often.
Troobleshoot does not show any saturation on the link, but the warnign is still triggered.

Zabbix shows a bandwidth of more than 2 Tbps on a 40 Gpbs link (that is impossible).

I don't understand why these incoherent values are measured and stored by Zabiix.

Any ideas where the problem might be ?

I thank in advance for your help.

    Regards.
