Item status modification is not saved in audit log

I am using Zabbix 5.0.19.
It looks that whenever I change the status of an item from UI, the operation is not saved in the audit log.
Is this a bug?

Audit logs actually do not save everything. It has become better and better over the versions. I am not sure, how far it is with latest versions. but for v5 you can easily say, that it is probably not even implemented ..
