UPS monitoring with zabbix

Hi I am trying to monitor two legrand UPS (model CS141), I have imported several templates but always returns the same error (timeout). In these UPS I have configured SNMP, I have added a community and I have created the hosts in zabbix with the corresponding ip and dns. Does anyone know if it is necessary to make any specific configuration for UPS. I have zabbix version 5.0.

If you have configured your UPS-es, your hosts in Zabbix etc and you get connection issues (as timeout is), then you usually should look towards your network admins (try to make a concerned look) and get some info about allowed connections and needed FW holes etc..

For these SNMP-cards you need to disable "Use bulk requests" in the SNMP configuration of Zabbix.
