Zabbix v6, on ubuntu web monitor of non standard port such as 1443 does not work

I have working web monitors to port 80 / 443. I cannot get one to 1443 working. A curl to the same address fails so there is my issue but when I look at firewall logs (external to the zabbix server) I see the traffic going out so its not getting blocked outbound. Where can I look or is there something I am missing.

its selinux, I think. You need to allow connecting to nonstandard ports.
Security-Enhanced Linux secures the zabbix processes via flexible mandatory access control. The zabbix processes execute with the zabbix_t SELinux type. You can

If you want to determine whether zabbix can connect to all TCP ports, you must turn on the zabbix_can_network boolean. Disabled by default.

    setsebool -P zabbix_can_network 1

cyber Yes I did see some posts about that here and there. Ubuntu uses apparmor apparently, I'll look into that and see what I can determine.
