Zabbix 3.0 compiled with encryption support?

According to the documentation, Zabbix 3.0 has to be compiled with a specific crypto library. Here is the excerpt: Compiling Zabbix with encryption support
To support encryption Zabbix must be compiled and linked with one of three crypto libraries:

mbed TLS (formerly PolarSSL)(version 1.3.9 and later 1.3.x). mbed TLS 2.x is not currently supported, it is not a drop-in replacement for 1.3 branch, Zabbix will not compile with mbed TLS 2.x.
    GnuTLS (from version 3.1.18)
    OpenSSL (from version 1.0.1)

I have installed Zabbix 3.0 with a RPM. Does the RPM have the encryption supported version?

Please check start up logs for daemons.
If a daemon that encryption of the communication is available, TLS support is output with YES.

    ex.
    Code:
     27258:20160309:111729.523 TLS support: YES
If you are using the repository by Zabbix LLC, that RPMs for RHEL/CentOS 7 are encryption available.
