Copy template item to host option

Correct me if I'm wrong here but I didn't see any easy way to copy a template item to a specific host and then editing it for only that single host. Sometimes when tuning zabbix its desirable to be able to copy the template item (since there is no way to edit that item for a single host) in order to modify the trigger/action to tune it.

Am I missing something or is the only way to do it available via "Create trigger" under the particular host?

This would be very useful. Its easy to make typing errors when creating items and especially triggers.
I have created my own templates from the existing ones, with cut and paste and manually intervension but it's quite some work.

Maybe it exists but I have not found it.

This existed in previous versions. I just upgraded from 1.0 to 1.1.6 and to my surprise, they actually _removed_ options like this. I can't understand why, it magnifies the work load exponentially.
