Docker unable to set StartVMwareCollectors

I am able to set StartVMwareCollectors in the zabbix_server.conf but if i restart the docker container the zabbix_server.conf get overwritten by the original file that has StartVMwareCollectors set to 0.
Is there a way to set StartVMwareCollectors so it does not get over written.

Hello, I just want to say I am same issue but that It's not the same error. Please open a new issue. But what I see I would say you have used the unmodified docker compose files? You have to remove the portions you don't want.
