ISSUE with AGENT 2 in W2019 - interfaces not discovered

Hello,

I have an issue with AGENT 2 (ver. 6.0.5) in W2019 and active checks enabled.

I noticed that network interfaces are not discovered but the wmi query (under application:raw) is performed correctly.
Maybe some configuration error, but I need support to find it.







Could you support in troubleshooting?

Hello, a little update.
I noticed that agents and S.O. are ok. May be the template on the server (6.2) is not.
Well, I downloaded the agent template from: https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/...l?at=refs%2Fhe ads%2Ffeature%2FDEV-2085-6.2
but, when I'm importing in server I have multiple errors, depending of which options I have flagged.
Some issues are:


Details Import failed

• Fornita chiave item "zabbix[host,active_agent,available]" errata per l'espressione del trigger in "Windows by Zabbix agent active".
• Item con chiave "agent.hostname" esiste già su "Windows by Zabbix agent active".
• Espressione trigger errata. L'host "Windows by Zabbix agent active" non esiste o non hai accesso a questo host.

And so on...
Please, any help?

Update: I deleted the original template agent active 2 and imported successfully the new one.
Issue resolved.
