Zabbix 1.1.3 action {TRIGGER.NAME}: {STATUS} wrong after status change

Is this problem discussed here related to repeats? I'm on 1.1.2 and if I use repeats setup when using an action with Trigger Value = ON, I'll get repeats even if the the Trigger Value = OFF before the repeat would run.

Possibly as I am using repeats, 3 for trigger ON, 1 for trigger OFF. But the again, Peter is not using repeats and he is having the same issue.

Try set condition of action for this: Trigger's Value: "ON" , and disable repetions.

1. Host dies. --> email --> trigger status "ON"
2. Host gets up --> email --> trigger status "ON" (again)
