Stream error in the HTTP/2 framing layer: HTTP/2 stream 0 was not closed cleanly

Problem started at 08:19:16 on 2022.12.27
For some unknown reason I am now getting the error Stream error in the HTTP/2 framing layer: HTTP/2 stream 0 was not closed cleanly: PROTOCOL_ERROR (err 1)
from only 1 of the web scenarios I monitor

After I couldn't find anything wrong I upgraded to
    Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS
    php:all/jammy 2:8.1+92ubuntu1
    curl:amd64/jammy-security 7.81.0-1ubuntu1.6
    libcurl4:amd64/jammy-security 7.81.0-1ubuntu1.6
there was also a libcurl3 installed and I removed that
    nothing changed regarding the error

I can use curl from the command line and get good content via http2 and 1.1

I deleted and recreated the web scenario this time only looking for a response 200
same error Stream error in the HTTP/2...

I can't see anything about this site that is different from many others I monitor...

Any suggestion on what to look for would be much appreciated

Can anyone direct me to at least the code that zabbix is running for this so I can do some testing?

for anyone else with an issue like this
I tried exporting / deleting and importing the host - same issue.
Deleted the host and recreated manually and the problem is gone.

I didn't make any changes when this started so some strange corruption perhaps.

        zabbix proxy : 7.0.5
        curl-8.10.1-r0 x86_64 {curl} (curl) [installed]
        libcurl-8.10.1-r0 x86_64 {curl} (curl) [installed]

Never found the cause, eventually deleted and recreated manually from scratch exactly the same and it worked as expected.
