Grafana queries broken after Restore from database backup

Restoring from a database backup of a currently running system (migration to new OS/VM)
Mysql
Old zabbix: 5.0.29
New Zabbix: 6.2.4

The initial restore and database conversion goes swimmingly, everything converts and comes online, I swap a few hosts over to new proxies and everything appears to be working.

However, in grafana I can't seem to query anything,
The grafana plugin will Autofill "Group" but seems to think there are no hosts, no applications and no items despite all of these things existing in zabbix still. If I fill in things manually exactly as they work for the old system then I just get "No data" back.



Any help is appreciated.

I don't use Grafana, but 6.x broke some of my old API scripts, mostly field name changes.
