Cisco Meraki dashboard by HTTP template does not discover devices

First of all, I am 100% sure that the API Key are setup correctly. I can access my dashboard using Postman and when I run a Test on the discovery item in zabbix, it successfully returns my Meraki tenant information.

However, it has been running for four hours and there have been exactly zero devices discovered. Documentation for this appears to be non-existent. I would very much appreciate if someone could give me som ideas how to troubleshoot this.

    Thank you.

If the Cisco Meraki Dashboard HTTP template is not discovering devices, there could be a few potential issues causing this issue:

    1. Network connectivity: Ensure that the network where the devices are located is properly connected to the Meraki Dashboard and that all necessary ports are open.

    2. Template configuration: Verify that the HTTP template is configured correctly, with the correct URL and credentials.

    3. Device configuration: Ensure that the devices being monitored are properly configured for HTTP monitoring and that their firewall settings are not blocking the communication.

    4. Meraki Dashboard account: Make sure that the Meraki Dashboard account being used has the necessary permissions to access and monitor the devices.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to the Meraki support team for further assistance.

I am seeing a bunch of these lines in the logs.

Meraki-Discovery: Error: cannot get URL: Timeout was reached.
