unable to get snmp traps from sophos utm 9.3

Hello community

I try to configure my sophos utm firewall to send snmp traps to zabbix 3.x
Unfortunatelly the utm isn't able to to communicate with zabbix.

Does somebody know I have to configure the utm or zabbix?
