Zabbix 2.4.6 do not send email for new host or a new Group

Hi

My Zabbix has more than 500 hosts, and I need a help because when a add a new host in any existent hosts group or into a New Group I the e-mail function doesn't work even more the 1 triggers are on.

I think there are something wrong about Mysql Database or the escalator process into it.

Does anyone can help me?

I've done a Select * from table alerts and there are:

114048 rows in set (1.87 sec)

isn't It too many row in a single Mysql table?
