SNMP LLD OID when OID has trailing sub oid

Hello,

I am making a discovery rule for a PDU, all of the OID for this device have trailing OID numbers after the {#SNMPINDEX}. I am unable to just discover the changing number. I have attached screenshots of the rules. Any suggestions would be a huge help.
