zabbix upgrade from 4.2 to 6.2

I am trying to update zabbix from 4.2 to 6.2. I was following this documentation

Did all the steps but after the update zabbix gui shows that it is version 4.2. maybe someone can tell me what went wrong?w

Check the logs to see that you are starting Zabbix 6.x

i tried running the upgrade again but I get sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1). How to fix this?

I suppose you tried all this on an old server, where your 4.2 used to run? I am pretty sure you did actually nothing, as there probably is no installation packages of 6.2 server for your old platform....

Yes it was an old debian 9 server but now I have upgraded to debian 10. After I run apt-get install --only-upgrade zabbix-server-mysql zabbix-frontend-php zabbix-agent I receive a message(check attachments)
