I have deployed an agent to all of my servers and set up the relevant discovery and auto registration rules which appeared to be working for a while, however I now seem to be having some issues that may relate to running a update/upgrade of all of the installed modules some weeks back.
In short.. I'm missing hosts. A whole bunch just don't show when hitting monitor > hosts. I was putting this down to a discovery issue, however if I try to manually configure one thats missing I get an error as per the below indicating it's already aware of the device. Obviously I've generalised the server hostname in this instance, but it's basically the same for any I try to manually add. There are absolutely no records of this host anywhere if I browse around Zabbix, nor have I actually deleted any manually either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm relatively new to the platform and am pretty much picking this up as I go along. It would be a shame to abandon it though already as it's been quite useful so far.

- Graph "Interface {#IFNAME}({#IFALIAS}): Network traffic" already exists on "%HOSTNAME%".
