missing hostname in hostdiscovery sometimes

Hi,
Sometimes hostname is missing in discovery of hosts. Hence fails to add. It happens sometimes only not always. What could be the reason and how to resolve it.

Is it only from Windows servers? What version of the agent or agent2?

its Huawei switch and Vsol OLTs.
Monitoring is done with snmp
only happens to few devices for huawei. Same model.
for vsol its always.
snmpwalk returns the right hostname
