Integration with PagerDuty

I'm trying to add integration from Zabbix to Pagerduty,
I'm using Zabbix 5.0.1, I have added Media Type of Pager Duty, and followed the instructions written here:

When I'm pressing on Test button, I'm receiving the alert in the PagerDuty, when there is an actual alert, I don't receive anything in the PagerDuty.
I would really appreciate your assistance.
