Scheduled Reports Error

Hello,

I have a Zabbix 6.0.12.

I installed zabbix web services to provide a monthly PDF report via email.

• I configured the "Frontend URL" in Administration as: https://<zabbix dns>
• In the zabbix server conf: WebServiceURL=http://<zabbix dns>:10053/report
• In the web services conf: IgnoreURLCertErrors=1

Now, I created a scheduled report, but two problems happens to me:

1. Via the "Test" button inside the Scheduled Reports, the report is correctly delivered via email, but SOMETIMES I receive a blank page inside the PDF report.
2. Scheduling report doesn't work, with following error. Failed to create 1 report(s): Cannot connect to web service: timeout was reached.

What I'm doing wrong?
