Graphs not showing data beyond 48hr

Hi there. I'm hoping for some community support with an issue.

When I view my graphs, can typically only see data within a 48hr window. Most items in the templates I use have history defaults to 7d+ and trend data 365d. I have housekeeping set to similar values.

I've checked this across a variety of different hosts using different templates and they all have the same cutoff. Most hosts are configured with SNMP and a handful with ZBX agent.

Has anyone encountered this? I have free space on the server, so I'm not really sure why this is occurring.

What kind of graph are you using, graph widget, simple graph or custom graph?

Simple graph. When I select the 'Last 7 Days' time period, I actually says '[No Data]' under each graph. So I don't think it's due to my graphing options - but I could be wrong.

Graphs can be generated based on history or trend data.

In the first image you attached, with the cropped graph, it does not seem you have an issue with the graph itself, but with the item possibly missing data.

Simple Graphs documentation mentions some absence of data depending on the configured interval. Also, it points to some know issues. Check if any of them fit the symptoms you are seeing.

You could also try enabling the debug mode, where you will see the data source.
