I accidentally signed out of the Zabbix interface, and am now unable to sign back in (Version 6.2).
My colleague has admin privileges on his user, and is logged in. He has reset my password, and I am confident the password is passed correctly (have both seen it by clicking the eye icon and pasted directly from the Users dialogue). He has also tried creating a completely new user with the same user group as my original user (other users are also in the same user group). We have both tried signing in from our respective locations.
The message that I'm getting is "Incorrect user name or password or account is temporarily blocked.". My user has indeed been blocked multiple times, but my colleague has then unblocked it.
The audit log says: "user.attempt_failed: 5 => 0 2023-03-30 08:31:49 <username> 10.65.65.36 User 39 Failed login clfuqn0ef00001o544w60yz5d "
Anyone know what's going on and how we can fix it?
