Problem monitoring network interfaces with Zabbix proxy on Raspberry Pi.

I have the following problem in my environment with Zabbix.

I have a Zabbix server in the cloud and 3 on-premise Zabbix proxies installed on 2 Raspberry Pis and 1 normal desktop running CentOS 7. I use Zabbix to monitor an internet firewall device from Sophos, the XG115 model.

On the location where I use the Zabbix proxy installed on CentOS7, everything works perfectly. However, on the two locations where I use Raspberry Pi (running Raspbian), the proxy does not collect traffic data from the network interfaces of the Sophos device. Everything else works fine, except for the interface traffic data, which has no data at all.

Has anyone encountered this problem and can provide me with some help?

Important note: I currently use version 6.0 on the server and proxy. Previously, I used version 5.0, and everything worked normally.

If you are using Zabbix 6.0.15, please upgrade to Zabbix 6.0.16.

Friend, by reformulating my previous answer, you solved the problem with your tip.

After I updated the Zabbix Server, the problem persisted. However, I don't know if it was because of the Server update or not, but an update for Zabbix Proxy also appeared to version 6.0.16. So it was necessary to update the Proxy, reboot it, and the server began to collect and display the information perfectly.

Thank you very much for your help.
