Zabbix 3.0 - DB Empty

I was configuring my zabbix 3.0 in a VM with ubuntu 14.04. After install, I did a access throught web, but, in configuration, the user zabbix haven't permission to access.
I went in mysql and executed a query on table users, but, don't return anybody, the table was empty!

Somebody could help me?

You must create database manually.

- Create database
- Create account and grant permission
- Create table and load initial data

ex. for MySQL

$ mysql -uroot -p<password>
mysql> create database zabbix character set utf8 collate utf8_bin;
mysql> grant all privileges on zabbix.* to zabbix@localhost identified by '<password>';
mysql> quit;
$ zcat /usr/share/doc/zabbix-server-mysql/create.sql.gz | mysql -uroot zabbix -p
Enter password:
$

I find what was wrong! At the moment of the to create de user on mysql.
After to create the user I canned to go to next step.
