Zabbix Server off

After install my zabbix 3.0 on ubuntu 14.04 server amd64, I find a new problem. A message said that my zabbix server is off!

I am search for a solution, but, at the moment no success!

How did you installed zabbix? (Packages/Sources?)
Could you please add zabbix_server.log and zabbix_server.conf files?

Default path to files:

/etc/zabbix/zabbix_server.conf
/var/log/zabbix_server.log

I fix this error. The problem was on zabbix_server.conf, some parameters ware adjusted.
