Zabbix server not communicating Zabbix Agent

Good afternoon!
I have a zabbix cloud server which is installed with version 6.0LTS. The server is a CentOS 8. I have a company to perform server monitoring via Zabbix. I have already released port 10050 and 10051 on the pfSense Firewall, on the operator's modem and on the Windows Server firewall. I installed the Zabbix agent and pointed it to the public IP of my cloud server, but the Zabbix server cannot communicate with us.

The following error appears:
"Get value from agent failed: cannot connect to [[public IP]:10050]: [4] Interrupted system call".

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?

Only the comms and firewall config here to blame. Start debuging by connecting with some simple tools like telner or nc to the ports that don't work.

You might get more detailed information about your problem by using: tail -f /var/log/zabbix/zabbix_server.log
