Error in macros for a Host

It is really strange.

I have a Host with several templates linked. When I show macros, I get this.




Everything fine. I click in "Inherited and host macros", and I get all macros inherited from temlates.






But now, when I click "host macros" again, I get an error that I can not understand:



I'm crazy with this. Any idea about it?

I have Zabbix 6.2.3 with mySQL. Previously, I had Zabbix 5, but I upgraded it without any issue
