Just upgraded to 6.4, php 8.2 and I am having the attached rendering issues. Not sure where to look next

Clear your browser cache, use a different browser or use private mode. It has worked for me many times for many users :-) -
Clearing cache doesn't resolve it. I have the same problem from computers I've never used to pull up the site.
