    Zabbix 6.0 SLA stopped working properly

    Hi, i monitor 1 trigger per device on a seleted few with a special tag. Everything has been working fine for the last 2 months. But 2½ weeks ago, it stopped working for 1 of the device..Even though it says the SLA is in "ok" states, the time counter still says it's down :

    At first i tried recreating the same child, but that didn't work, that's why you can see "v2" in the screenshot above.

    ​I decided to do a test and created a new one, exactly the same :

    Nothing has changed on the devices as it provides internet to thousand of customer..

    I have the same setup for SLA on 6 other devices and none of them had any issues ::

    Has anyone experienced something similar?

    Hi y4nn1ck, I've had this same problem with an SLA Report of ours after an unscheduled maintenance period. Now the downtime doesn't stop racking up even though everything is OK.

    If I refresh the SLA Report a few seconds later, downtime is being added:

          Joining the club...same exact problem, SLAs racking up downtime forever even though all services are Ok. Running 7.0 LTS. y4nn1ck and dblanque did you manage to figure anything out?
