How to monitor nextcloud server located at 192.168.169.160 using zabbix?

I went to Configuration->Hosts in zabbix and did the following settings.

Click image for larger version Name:	image.png Views:	0 Size:	51.9 KB ID:	464544
But now although the host has been added, when I go to Monitoring->Dashboard, it shows 1 Unknown(nextcloud is unknown) and 1 Available(zabbix is available). Why's it happening? And how to fix this issue?
    Expected Output:
When I turn off nextcloud, the status should be not available, when I turn on nextcloud server, the status should be available. I've not installed anything related to zabbix in nextcloud server.

No templates associated with this host. No checking takes place -> server does not know status of host -> Unknown

I now configured zabbix agent in nextcloud server with some changes. Then added templates "Template OS Linux by zabbix agent".

But it shows "Not available" in monitoring section. How do I fix this issue? nextcloud can be pinged though.
        The error being shown is:

Not even an agent? So what do you expect then? Of course it will tell you now, that agent is not available... and turn ZBX icon red...

ok .. sry.. skipped a line... but obviously you have communication issues between your server and agent... Result is same...
Check, if you can connect to agent port from command line of server ( telnet ). What error message do you see, if you click on that red ZBX icon... It may indicate the problem nature...
