zabbix doesnt send mail notification

i recently installed zabbix 3.0.3 in my centos server but zabbix doesnt send mail notification though i have configured each and everything related to mail notification as per the instruction. with the same configuration zabbix 2.4 able to send mail notification. can anyone please help to fix the problem

Does your item and trigger works without email notification?

Also have you correctly set your User profile - media settings? (if its possible show me the screenshot of your user media - User profile)

User Profile and media setting has been done as per the manual configuration. Item and Trigger is also showing but mail notification is not happening. We even tried using localhost also using the sendmail script but no mail is hitting the server or no mail notification is generating from zabbix. Please help
