Trouble during upgrading from 5.0 to 6.0

Hello everyone.
Got some trouble while upgrading Zabbix Server from 5.0.35 to 6.0.18 on Debian 11.6
Upgrading procedure wants to insert new dashboard with some kind templateid. I have other dashboards but no one uses templateid binded.

May be someone got same issue?

zabbix_db=# delete from screens where templateid=10076;
DELETE 1
.....
ALTER TABLE screens ADD CONSTRAINT c_screens_1 FOREIGN KEY (templateid) REFERENCES hosts (hostid) ON DELETE CASCADE;
