We've set up Zabbix to test on our network and have been thrilled with everything so far, except for one issue we've been having. We use a few SSH checks for boxes that we can't install agents on. The checks themselves work fine, but we're getting over 100 connections/min per machine and the logs are filling up and it's starting to become an issue.
I have searched to try and find a solution but the only thing I found was a link to a 2011 Zabbix support page posted by someone having the same issue, but it didn't seem to lead anywhere. https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBXNEXT-888
Is there something I'm missing to be able to minimize the number of ssh connections? Or any workaround you use?
