Zbx 3 on distributed servers, selection template list is not working / Empty

Hi to all,

I have installed Zabbix 3.0.1 on distributed servers (Application server and DB server separated machine), when I trying to pick up a template from popup windows, the template list do not appear, and I have templates in my environment. See my attached screenshot.

Have anybody seen the same problem? Any ideas how can I resolve it?

If you are using 3.0.3, it is a bug.
I think that it is fixed in the next release.
