Zabbix Acknowledged events/triggers

Hello,

We are facing a problem in our infraestructure. As we receive a trigger we mark it as acknowledged in order to keep everyone informed that it's being handled. Some days ago we realized that new events are comming auto acknowledged, ie:

15/06/2016, a triggers shows up, we aknowledge it and we resolve the situation. event OK and triggers dissapear.
30/06/2016, again, problems shows, but this time marked as Aknowledged, with date 15/06.

This causes Automatic actions not being triggered, such as communications and other 3rd party apps integration.

How is this happening? Why events/triggers are comming marked as Acknowleged if their status should have been restored?

Hello,

Anyone else faced this kind of issues before? It's really important for us to solve this situation since all actions are being "ignored" because of the acknowledge statement.
