I followed this guide (PagerDuty monitoring and integration with Zabbix) to set up the webhook, I test the media and it shows the test worked but it never appears in PagerDuty. Not sure where to go from here, I re-made the integration with a new API key just to check that, I modified the trigger action to be only "Not suppressed" and contains "Unavailable by ICMP Ping" but it still doesn't work.
I did open a support ticket with PagerDuty since we pay for it but I figured I'd put the question here as well.
Edit: Now with further testing I see the trigger is not processing PagerDuty at all, but it does the Jira part. I have the simplest conditions too:
