Migration itemid to new Zabbix 6.0
Dear Colleagues,
We have 2 environment zabbix, they are blue and green environment.
Blue environment description :
Currently we are migrating hosts in Zabbix Blue environment moving to Zabbix Green environment.
Can we move all of hosts in Zabbix Blue environment to Zabbix Green environment (New Zabbix) but with condition itemid and hostid should be same?
Due to before we already backup and restore from Zabbix Blue to Zabbix Green Database and we need rest of host in Zabbix Blue Database migrated.
Can you tell me which one table master are related to hostid and itemid (we will migrate only table master not transaction)?

- Database Postgress vers. 9.6 for Zabbix Server
